- These four statues (Leo Friedlander) at the intersection of Constitution Mall and Rainbow Ave., symbolize the four basic rights of man, as guaranteed by the American Constitution. These are: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Press, and Freedom of Assembly. The figures are more than 30 feet in height.
