- Description in German / English translation: Das kleine Städtchen Remagen, oder vielmehr Rheinmagen, gehört dem Herzog von Jülich, und liegt hart am Rhein. Hier befindet sich eine katholische und eine reformirte Kirche. Es war vor Zeiten eine Römische Kolonie, und kommt bey einigen Schriftstellern unter dem Namen Rigomagum vor. Gegenwärtiges Blatt stellt das Rathhaus mit der mahlerischen Aussicht nach dem Rhein vor. / The little town of Remagen, or rather Rheinmagen, belongs to the Duke of Jülich, and is located right on the Rhine. It has a Catholic and a Reformed church. It was in olden times a roman colony and is called by some writers Rigomagum. This leaf depicts the city hall with a picturesque view on the Rhine.
