• The 80' high theme statue "Pacifica" by Ralph Stackpole was most photographed object. The Big Three auto makers had exhibits but only Ford had its own building. The 27 millionth Ford was on display. It was assembled across the bay at the Richmond plant. The rolling chairs rented for $1.00 an hour. Entertainers usually roamed around on foot.
