Not open to freshmen except by permission of instructor. Methods of collecting, organization, interpreting, and applying data in quantitative studies in education, psychology, sociology, and biology.

Recommended for students working for all credentials. Personal and professional traits, duties, and responsibilities of the teacher; observation of children at work and play.

100. Social Studies in Lower Grades (3)
Credit may not be received in both Educ. 100 and 101. Prerequisites: Educ. 185; provisional approval for admission to a credential program. Recommended: Educ. 102, 103; concurrently Educ. 130, 131.
