  • This exhibit demonstrates the modern hygienic methods of milk production. Here are kept 150 pedigreed cows in "The Dairy World of Tomorrow." The major feature is the electrically operated rotolactor on which cows are washed, dried and mechanically milked. Architects and designers, Voorhees, Walker, Foley and Smith.
