  • Written on verso: "Notes on back of photograph titled "SJSU Aeronautics Department Chairman Tom Leonard, right, takes possession of a new Beechcraft Baron from engineering test pilot John Jenista, who ferried the $200,000 twin-engine aircraft from Beech Aircraft in Wichita, Kan. The Wichita firm donated the plane to SJSU for use in its lab program. The pressurized B58P craft will be used for structural and systems testing, said Leonard."
