Pickford Home Construction

The Rollin and Glenna Pickford home under construction, 1949. The original house was built from mail order plans by Glenna's father, Loren Beryl Pipes. Several of her brothers and relatives also worked on the project. A midcentury modern addition was added nine years later in 1958, designed collaboratively by Glenna, Rollin, and Beryl Pipes.
