Villa Nueva opening ceremony

Photograph shows a man handing a framed picture of Villa Nueva to a woman who is standing behind a podium and speaking into a microphone. The podium has a small printed sign that reads: "YWCA in Santa Clara Valley." There are people sitting in chairs to their left and the setting is an outdoor patio. This is possibly the opening ceremony for Villa Nueva.
