Students sit on the concrete steps in the middle of the College Union plaza. It appears that the students are simply hanging out and enjoying the new College Union area. Banners on the second floor mezzanine railing read, 'San Luis' future: Megalopolis? Keith Gurnee, councilman,' 'Concert Under the (Stars): Free,' and 'Free Coffeehouse.'
