CineCulture, Filmworks screen Oscar-nominated short films Feb.8-9

Fresno State's CineCulture program and Fresno Filmworks partner for weekend screenings at the Tower Theatre. The 2013 Oscar-nominated short films for live action will be screened at 5:30 p.m., and animation at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8.
