Letter from Carl D. Duncan to Patricia Whiting, August 26, 1965

Duncan tells Whiting that her mother is adjusting well to living in the new house and outlines further arrangements to transfer the deed to her. Duncan also mentions that he and Whiting are to be interviewed for a feature story in the San Jose Mercury News, and that the reporter writing it had recently covered the Watts riots in Los Angeles.
