Photograph is a group portrait of men and women. There is a framed proclamation of some sort being held by three of the women beginning with the woman in the center wearing black and ending with the woman second from the right. Left-to-right are Ron Gonzales, Zoe Lofgren and Rod Diridon, Sr. Others in the photograph are unidentified.
