Spano writes, "Since shelter in place went into effect I changed all my assignments, requiring students to apply course concepts and skills to their experiences dealing with the coronavirus. This was the last regular assignment of the semester. I wanted students to reflect on what they learned in the course, and to comment on how it helped them (or not) deal with the all the social disruptions and changes from the pandemic. In this announcement I shared my own lessons learned as a way to show students that I was learning right along with them."
