From Folly to Fretters to Freedom: The Story of the Mentally Ill

This document is a 5 page pamphlet is a story published by the National Mental Health Foundation which gives readers the history of the care and treatment of the mentally ill and mentally deficient is a spotted history, showing many advances, many regressions. Now, there is a greater reform which power and vision are all handed to people with mental disabilities. It expresses that mental disabled people have never had freedom with the abuse and neglect they've faced from society and it's system who has forgotten them. The pamphlet advocates for mentally disabled rights and their freedom and improvement for future generations.
