Thom Steinbeck

Thom Steinbeck speaking with Budd Schulberg, who founded the Watts Writers' Workshop after the Watts riots of 1965. Steinbeck gave money to this project and suggested that Schulberg apply for an NEA grant, which he did successfully. Original in Safe.
