Letter from Carl D. Duncan to Patricia Whiting, August 27, 1966

Duncan opens the letter by explaining membership fees of the I.P.A. which both he and Whiting are members of. He then discusses events that have occurred since Whiting has been out of town and offers additional ways that he could be of assistance to her. Duncan also tries to propose plans for spending time with Whiting when she returns.
