Letter to Jane Tolmach; from Don Z. Miller

Letter to Jane Tolmach from Don Z. Miller (Division of State Hospitals) sent on September 17, 1975. This letter was a reply to a previous letter sent from Jane Tolmach to the Governor of California Edmund G. Brown Jr. on which she expressed her concerns of the supervision of education programs at Camarillo and Napa State Hospitals. In response to her concern Miller shared the action that has been taken by the governor to provide an additional assistant chief (education) position which would enable the present person who has been in the position of supervisor of academic instruction to remain with the childrens programs.
