Beached fishing boat at Carmel Bay

Battered boat on the beach, at the south end of Carmel Bay, at or near Whaler's Cove in Monterey, California. Folder also contains a reverse image of this, both in hard copy and as a negative. The photographer, Albert Walton DeRome (Al Aagard), was a cousin of Carol Henning Steinbeck. (see Steinbeck Studies 15.1 (2004): 18.)
