[Blockade participants climbing over fence]

A large group of people are gathered at a fence near the entrance to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant. The fence begins on the top of the hill in the background and goes all the way down to where the people are gathered. There are two wooden ladders placed against the fence. The top of the fence has barbed wire, and the wire has been covered with mats to protect those using the ladders. There are people holding the ladder from both sides of the fence, and three people climbing the ladder.
