The company's managerial staff appear to be in center of the group while the remaining employees are situated on the bottom row, and to the right and left. Most of the female employees are dressed in white dresses, while most of the male employees wear coveralls or a vest with slacks. "Temple Laundry Co. Inc." is clearly painted on the side of the concrete building behind the group. "Temple Laundry Co." is also written on the front of the building, though it appears to have been modified after the negative was exposed to enhance the contrast of the letters.
