Modification Request for Ormond Beach 2030 Plan

Dave Rodriquez, Deputy Director of California LULAC, requests Christopher Williamson, Senior Planner, to consider of preserving the Ormond Beach wetlands because of it's historical (Chumash Village) and environmental significance. Also, further development along Hueneme Road would be harmful for Oxnard citizens and the environment. Adds a list of how Ormond Beach wetlands can be preserved.
