Letter to Jane Tolmach from Stella Epstein

In an October 19, 1976 letter on California Democratic Party letterhead, Stella Epstein informs Jane Tolmach that she is enclosing a check from the Women's Section of the DSCC. She explains that part of the funds were raised in San Francisco during Rosalyn Carter's visit and part had been reserved to support women candidates, expressing regret that the amount is not larger.
