Photograph shows a display of floral arrangements. A sign on the right of the photograph reads "Chas. C. Navlet Co. (since 1885). Distinctive floral artists." At the foot of the center of the display is a ribbon. It reads "First premium, Santa Clara County State Fair, San Jose, Calif. Floriculture. 1941."
