Camarillo State Hospital for 6000 Patients Opened

The new Camarillo State Hospital was dedicated and formally opened by Governor Merriam with an appropriate ceremony on October 12, 1936, at 2 o'clock p.m. The dedication was attended by between 1000 and 1200 people.
