Dr. Ernesto Galarza Scholarship Symposium Program 1986

Program for the 2nd Annual Dr. Ernesto Galarza Symposium, held at San Jose State University on Wednesday, April 23, 1986 at 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. This event included Literary Displays of Dr. Galarza's Works, Welcome by the Mistress of Ceremonies, Dr. Consuelo Rodriguez (Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies) and Simon Dominguez (President, Hispanic Faculty and Staff Association), Presentation by Dr. Gail Fullerton (President, SJSU), Keynote by Dr. Carlos Munoz (Historian, UC Berkley), Open Discussion, Acceptance of Scholarship Pledges by David Ocampo (El Concilio Representative), and Wine and Cheese Reception. Two awards were presented: Annual Galarza Special Awards and Annual Galarza Scholarship Award.
