April 20, 1956 [20 de abril de 1956]. Ano 6, No. 12. There are two editions for this issue. The first edition's cover contains a photo of Rachel Reyes, a relative of El Excentrico's photographer, Ray Reyes. At the time of this issue's release, she was planning on pursuing a nursing career. The headline of this edition reads, "Lovely Rachel Reyes plans on a Nursing career." The second edition's cover contains a flyer encouraging Gilroy's citzens to vote George C. Milas for mayor. This mayoral election was scheduled for May 7 of that year.
