University flags will post at half-staff for Sept. 11 anniversary

Fresno State will observe Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance as proclaimed by President Obama to honor the victims of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 by posting its national and state flags at half-mast from sunrise to sunset Wednesday, Sept. 11.
