LCC (Local Coordinating Council) Questionnaire

This document contains the Ventura County Public Employees Local Coordinating Council questionnaire and Jane Tolmach's completed responses during her 1976 Assembly campaign. Tolmach expresses conditional support for public employee strikes and binding arbitration when public safety is at risk, calls for tax reform and reconsideration of SB 90's spending limits, and supports collective bargaining decisions being negotiated rather than mandated by state law.
