This 2 page document is another propaganda to inform the reader of what mental illness is and how it develops, how it can be treated, and how it can be controlled. The purpose of this document is to convince others that mental disorders are not shameful, that mentally ill persons are just sick persons in need of psychiatric care, and people are needed to join the citizens mental health group in their state in order to work with other citizens in an organized effort to promote mental health in your own community. It also shows statistics such as claiming that one out of ten children in this country are born ill at some time during their life. It also claims it can be prevented by teachers, parents, social workers, and doctors recognizing early symptoms of disorders. Lastly, it claims that mentally ill people can be cured through clinic treatment.
