Department of Mental Hygiene: Film Bulletin

The purpose of the films is to educate staff in the education field the development of a child at an early age all through adolescence, and how parents, environment, and educators are fundamental in their development. In the document all 34 films are shown with title and a brief summary of each, as well as their longevity. It is a catalog sent for mental institutions to read thoroughly and select films to display in their institutions to better educate their staffing.
