Quail Sculptures at Don Burnett Bicycle-Pedestrian Bridge. The contributor writes, "We incorporated a walk across this bridge at the end of the day into our daily routine... This walk took us about one-and-a-half hours and sometimes we incorporated a trip to get groceries or takeout dinner. As stores and restaurants started implementing face mask requirements and no contact takeout, we also started to carry face masks with us and one day we saw the masks on the Quail Sculptures pictured. To me, the photos of the Quail Sculpture with the masked birds are a reflection of the COVID-19 pandemic's showing our response to life's uncertainty and future's unforeseeable events; yet we, as resilient creatures, continue to find ways to adapt and continue through life."
