Crowd viewing a float that resembles a boat. A woman on top of the float seems to be waving in the general direction of the camera, and few other people are standing on the edges of the float. Across the street there, occupying the Bruce Building, is a Euclid Hat Shoppe. On the side of the Bruce Building is a sign for a tailor shop, one of the proprietors of which is named Brown. The building directly behind the float advertises 'Arts from the Orient', and comprises three different store fronts: Mattoo[?]s, Gerlachs, and Howarter Millinery. One person is perched on the roof of the Howarter store front, and several other people are sitting on top of the building to the right of it.
