Cover contains an advertisement for an emotional maturity scale created by the El Excentrico staff that determines what percentage of "man" or "boy" the viewer was. The advertisement contains a photos of two men, whose eyes are censored by a white block. One man was scaled to appear taller, while the other was scaled to appear shorter.
