Letter from Dave [Owen?] to Sara Boutelle, dated November 10, 1982, regarding the building permit for the Marion Davies Estate. Attached to the letter is a photocopy of a building permit submitted to the city of Santa Monica by builder Frank A. Hellenthal. The permit was for a project by Julia Morgan on the Morgan Davies Estate in 1929.
