Kassing (President, SJSU), Remarks by Cindy Chavez (Vice Mayor of San José), Victor Garza (Member, Cesar E. Chaves Memorial Committee and Chair, Raza Roundtable), Judith Baca (Artist, Arch of Dignity, Equality, and Justice), and Paul Chavez. Music was provided by Conjunto Libertad.
