For 26 years, fresnostatenews.com delivered the latest press releases, news headlines and feature stories directly to the community, alumni and students. Rather than relying solely on traditional media, the university created this platform to establish a direct line of communication with the region it serves and beyond. Fresno State remains committed to sharing news and features directly with its audiences, and, as of 2025, Fresno State Today (today.fresnostate.edu) will serve as the university's primary storytelling hub, including written features, photo galleries, documentary-style videos and more.
