A Word of Thanks: It was still fall in 1940 when the HAWSEPIPE Staff was selected by the cadets of the first class and immediately that staff decided to make for its goal the biggest and best annual ever brought to this Academy. Only through the generosity of the cadets who have given part of their own time and friends who have contributed in many ways has the HAWSEPIPE Staff been able to reach their goal. p.4
