New Faculty Orientation [document]

CSU Channel Islands has developed a robust onboarding for our new tenure-track faculty and has recently established a new program for orienting our new lecturers. These programs were created with effective classroom launch, equity-mindedness, retention, and belonging as our goals in developing these programs.
