Local bands to perform at Annual Wind Festival, Mar. 15-17

Fresno State's Department of Music will host the 34th annual Dr. Lawrence R. Sutherland Wind Festival, which will feature local high school and junior college bands, as well as, the Fresno State symphonic band and wind ensemble.
