Band performance on a short stage in the athletic field (current stadium). Students in military uniform, dating to before 1932, the last year uniforms were required to be worn. In the distance is Crandall Gymnasium (opened 1928), Anderson Hall, and the Administration Building. This may be misidentified and not a commencement ceremony, which were usually held at the local theaters.
