Richard R. Rush Appointed new President of CSU Channel Islands – 2001 The CSU Trustees announced the appointment of Dr. Richard R. Rush as president of CSU Channel Islands on March 6. For the past eight years, Dr. Rush has served as president of Minnesota State University at Mankato. He takes office at CSUCI on June 18.
